Workshop

Time Management

Good self- and time management means keeping the big picture in view, setting priorities deliberately, and directing your attention where it counts. The workshop combines proven methods with individual application in the everyday work of doctoral researchers, postdocs, and project leads – and anchors what's learned through guided peer-coaching follow-up sessions over three months.

Alongside solid input on methods and concepts, the focus is on individual application: each participant develops their own approach to putting planning and self-management strategies to work in their everyday work life.

Because lasting change in time management is closely tied to habits, the workshop offers not just immediate input but also the chance to deepen what's learned through guided peer-coaching follow-up sessions over three months. That's how an initial spark of inspiration becomes a long-term change in how you handle time, tasks, and stress.
