Individual support for personal and professional development
My coaching is for people in academia: doctoral researchers, postdocs, professors, and leaders at research institutions – and for the institutions that support them.
Whether it's the path to professorship, career planning, preparing for a thesis defense or job talk, support through major grant proposals, or clarifying your own leadership role: coaching helps you gain clarity, make sound decisions, and put your strengths to targeted use. Self- and time management, or dealing with pressure in academic life, also have their place here.
As a graduate academy, staff development unit, or scholarship foundation (Begabtenförderungswerk), you can book blocks of coaching sessions for your researchers – as a complement to workshops or as a standalone offering. And if you want to take charge of your own academic development, self-funded participants are welcome too.
Online or in person – you get coaching tailored to your situation, moving your academic career forward effectively.
I start every coaching engagement by clarifying the assignment:
My systemic, resource- and solution-oriented approach draws on a coaching qualification from ISB Wiesloch, further training as an outdoor and experiential educator with ZIPTeam, and my own academic career.
